On 23rd January, Greenwich Dental Health Practice proudly hosted a special orthodontic information evening, welcoming families from our local community for an engaging and informative event focused on early orthodontic care.

The evening was designed for parents who are interested not only in improving their children’s oral health, but also in understanding how skull development, jaw positioning, and airway health can influence cognitive development, posture, and overall physical performance. Through clear, evidence-based information, we explored how early intervention can play a vital role in supporting a child’s long-term health and wellbeing.

The session was led by myself, with the invaluable support of the incredible Greenwich Dental Health team. This initiative was made possible thanks to the vision of our Principal Dentist, Abhishek Agarwal, whose commitment to education and prevention continues to drive meaningful impact within our Greenwich community. The core intention behind the event was to raise awareness around early orthodontic assessment and highlight the orthodox, preventative approaches we can take today to help reduce more complex problems later in life.

We were truly honoured to welcome so many families who chose to spend their evening with us. The atmosphere was warm, curious, and collaborative, and we are deeply grateful for the thoughtful questions and open discussions that took place. Events like these remind us how powerful community-led education can be.

A very special thank you goes to our guest families, who generously shared their own personal experiences of early orthodontic treatment, both with traditional approaches and Invisalign, and how these journeys have supported their children’s development. Their insights added an invaluable real-life perspective to the evening.

We would also like to thank Invisalign and Ortho Lab Nimrod for their support and for providing materials that helped us showcase treatment options in a clear and accessible way.

This event marks just the beginning. We are excited to continue hosting educational evenings and welcoming more families in the months ahead as we work together to promote early intervention, prevention, and lifelong oral health.

We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.
